🧪 Automate Our QA Processes:
We are inviting an experienced QA Automation Engineer to automate the testing of web interfaces and APIs for our large enterprise platform, working remotely from Chicago.
🤖 Core Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated tests for UI and API using Java, Selenium, TestNG/JUnit, and RestAssured.
• Integrate automated tests into the general CI/CD pipeline for automatic release gating.
• Analyze detailed test execution reports (Allure Reports) and rapidly identify regression bugs.
• Maintain test documentation, prepare test scenarios, and log detailed bug reports in Jira.
• Collaborate closely with the manual QA team and developers to achieve maximum test coverage.
🐛 Required Skills:
• 2+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer (Java).
• Strong knowledge of the Java programming language and its testing ecosystem.
• Practical experience with automation tools: Selenium WebDriver, RestAssured, Maven.
• Experience with Git version control and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Understanding of testing processes, software development methodologies, and test plan writing.
