📋 Drive Architectural Transformation:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong technical background to lead the development and architectural evolution of our products, working remotely from Toronto.
🗺️ Core Duties:
• Coordinate and align complex architectural and technical decisions across multiple development teams.
• Write detailed technical specifications (PRD, RFC) and collaborate closely with systems architects.
• Decompose complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical tasks for developers and QA.
• Monitor deadlines and plan technical debt reduction, refactoring, and optimization initiatives.
• Facilitate technical discussions, manage project risks, and track development progress regularly.
🎯 Your Profile:
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Technical Lead in IT.
• A technical background (former developer, systems analyst, or QA Engineer) is mandatory.
• Understanding of modern web application architecture, microservices, and CI/CD processes.
• Excellent task decomposition skills, sprint planning, and proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• High-level communication skills with the ability to find compromises between business and engineering.
