🤝 Facilitate Agile Excellence:
We are inviting a progressive and experienced Scrum Master to facilitate development processes and boost the productivity of our cross-functional teams, working remotely from Amsterdam.
🔄 Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate all Scrum events (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective) and coordinate cross-team interactions.
• Educate teams and the organization on Agile values and principles, fostering a culture of self-organization and mutual support.
• Partner closely with the Product Owner to effectively manage the product backlog, plan releases, and define priorities.
• Identify and systematically remove organizational impediments blocking the development teams.
• Collect and analyze team efficiency metrics (Velocity, Burn-down charts) and drive continuous process improvement.
🧠 What You Bring:
• 3+ years of practical experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in the IT industry.
• Relevant certifications (PSM I/II, CSM, PMI-ACP) are a strong advantage.
• Deep understanding and practical application of Scrum, Kanban, and Scaling Agile frameworks.
• Outstanding leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, and team coaching skills.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency for seamless communication.
