⚡ Optimize High-Load Systems:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Developer specializing in performance optimization and profiling of high-load systems to join our modern Munich office.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct deep analysis and optimize the performance of existing Java applications, profiling memory and CPU (GC tuning, Thread dump analysis).
• Identify and resolve memory leaks, deadlocks, and other critical bottlenecks.
• Refactor and optimize code for multi-threaded, highly concurrent environments (Concurrency/Multithreading).
• Tune and optimize application interactions with databases (SQL query tuning, Hibernate caching).
• Perform technical code reviews, mentor the development team, and architect complex system modules.
🎓 Required Skills:
• Deep knowledge of Java Core, JVM (JMM, GC algorithms, ClassLoading) and 5+ years of commercial development experience.
• Practical experience with profiling tools: JProfiler, VisualVM, YourKit, JMC/JFR.
• Understanding of high-load microservices architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with PostgreSQL/Oracle, understanding execution plans and transaction mechanisms.
• Experience developing multi-threaded applications and knowledge of the java.util.concurrent package.
