🎧 Lead Our IT Support Operations:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Manager (Helpdesk Manager) to organize seamless IT services and administer office infrastructure in our Chicago headquarters.
👥 Core Duties:
• Organize and monitor the efficiency of Tier 1/Tier 2 technical support, tracking SLA compliance metrics.
• Implement and optimize IT service management standards (ITSM processes, incident and request management).
• Personally resolve the most complex technical incidents and coordinate with external providers and contractors.
• Administer local networks, Active Directory, mail servers, and office virtualization systems.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and auditing of computer hardware, peripherals, and licensed software.
🚨 What You Bring:
• 4+ years of experience as a System Administrator or Helpdesk Team Lead.
• Deep knowledge of Windows Server, Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS), network protocols (DHCP, DNS, VPN), and MikroTik/Cisco equipment.
• Practical experience with ITSM/ITIL systems (Jira Service Management, GLPI, or similar).
• Understanding of information security principles, data backup (Veeam), and antivirus protection.
• Teamwork capabilities, high customer orientation, and strong leadership skills.
