📈 Engineer Big Data Pipelines:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer with deep expertise in Big Data technologies to design and build integration platforms in our Toronto headquarters.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement integration flows for real-time processing of massive data volumes.
• Develop and optimize applications using Apache Spark (Core/Streaming) and the Hadoop ecosystem.
• Configure ETL/ELT data processing pipelines, working with distributed HDFS storage and NoSQL solutions.
• Ensure stability and high performance of integration solutions, profiling and eliminating latency.
• Actively participate in architectural planning and the integration of new analytical tools.
🧠 Your Profile:
• 5+ years of commercial Java development experience, with at least 2 years focused on Big Data.
• Deep knowledge of Apache Spark, Hadoop (HDFS, MapReduce, YARN), and Hive.
• Understanding of distributed systems architecture, message queues (Kafka), and stream processing.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (Cassandra, HBase) and query optimization.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of large-scale data processing workflows.
