We are seeking an experienced Performance Testing Specialist to analyze scalability, optimize web resources, and ensure the stability of our high-load services in a fully remote setup based in Amsterdam.
📊 Core Duties:
• Develop test plans, methodologies, and detailed scenarios for product load testing.
• Design and write test scripts using professional tools (Apache JMeter, Locust).
• Conduct various test types: Stress, Load/Soak, and Spike testing.
• Monitor and analyze server and database behavior under load, identifying bottlenecks.
• Prepare reports with recommendations for code, server configuration, and application architecture optimization.
🛠️ Required Skills:
• 3+ years of experience in QA Automation / Performance Testing.
• Practical experience with JMeter and/or Locust for creating flexible test scenarios.
• Knowledge of Java, Python, or JavaScript to customize test scripts.
• Understanding of web app architecture, HTTP/HTTPS, REST API, and PostgreSQL databases.
• Strong skills with monitoring systems (Grafana, Prometheus) and log aggregation (Kibana, Splunk).
