🧪 Automate & Elevate Our Quality:
We are looking for a responsible QA Automation Engineer to automate the testing of web interfaces and APIs in our modern Vancouver office.
🤖 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated tests (UI and API) using JavaScript / TypeScript and Cypress.
• Integrate automated tests into the general CI/CD pipeline for automatic regression testing.
• Design and prepare stable test data for automated suites.
• Analyze test run results, localize defects, log bug reports in Jira, and verify fixes.
• Actively collaborate with developers to improve code quality and testability.
🎓 Your Profile:
• 2+ years of test automation experience in JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Practical skills with the Cypress framework (preferred) or other popular automation tools.
• Understanding of web application architecture, the HTTP protocol, and REST API testing experience.
• Experience with Git and basic knowledge of CI/CD (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI).
• Ability to analyze requirements and write clear test scenarios.
