I am a dedicated IT Support Specialist seeking an on-site role to provide technical support to users, maintain office equipment, and manage the local network in a collaborative Toronto office.
💻 Core Skills:
• Experience in modular repair and rapid diagnostics of PCs, laptops, and office peripherals.
• Installation, configuration, and administration of Windows 10/11, MS Office, and business software.
• Laying and terminating LAN cables, basic Wi-Fi router configuration.
• Consulting and providing rapid assistance to users (remotely and in-person).
• Basic administration of Active Directory accounts and network folder permissions.
🛠️ Technical Toolkit:
• Operating Systems: Windows 10/11, Windows Server (basic functions).
• Networking: SOHO routers (TP-Link, Asus, D-Link, Keenetic).
• Software: MS Office, Antivirus solutions, Backup tools (Acronis).
• Helpdesk: Experience working with ticketing systems (Service Desk).
• Hardware: Cable management, hardware repair, network printers & MFPs.
