I am a dedicated System Administrator / IT Support Specialist seeking an on-site role in Toronto to maintain IT infrastructure and ensure seamless office operations.

🔧 Key Highlights:
• Providing L1/L2 technical support and handling incidents via Service Desk.
• Initial setup, diagnostics, and maintenance of office hardware, peripherals, and servers.
• Installing, configuring, and updating OS (Windows/Linux/macOS) and business software.
• Basic configuration and administration of network equipment (routers, switches, Wi-Fi APs).
• Managing user accounts in Active Directory and cloud services (Office 365, Google Workspace).

⚙️ Technical Toolkit:
• OS: Windows Server, Windows 10/11, Ubuntu Linux, macOS.
• Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN.
• Ticketing: Jira Service Desk, GLPI, Redmine.
• Admin: Active Directory, GPO, Office 365 Administration.
• Remote Tools: AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RDP.
