The ownership group is seeking a seasoned, operations-focused CEO to run the day-to-day business, allowing the founders to focus on M&A and international expansion.
📋 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Operational Transformation: Transition a high-growth retail chain into a systematic, data-driven machine. Manage 15 Regional Directors and optimize a 12,000+ SKU matrix (rationalizing the bottom 20% of non-liquid stock).
• Supply Chain & Logistics: Restructure delivery routes to reduce the average supply chain "last mile" cost to stores.
• Financial Hygiene: Full P&L ownership. Drive EBITDA growth, manage cash flow gaps, and renegotiate vendor terms and credit lines with key distributors (cement, tools, finishes).
🎓 **Requirements:**
• Proven track record as a CEO/COO or VP of Retail Operations managing $50M+ in annual revenue.
• Advanced data analytics skills (Excel modeling, ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Elite negotiation skills for direct engagement with tier-1 suppliers and distributors.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 40% of the time) to regional hubs and stores.
