📋 **Core Responsibilities:**
• P&L Ownership: Full accountability for the branch's financial performance, loan origination, and deposit growth.
• Client Acquisition: Personally originate complex deals with manufacturing plant owners, agribusiness CEOs, and enterprise IT firms. Pitch comprehensive solutions from treasury management to syndicated credit facilities and FX hedging.
• Risk Management: Maintain pristine portfolio quality. Identify early warning signs of credit deterioration long before they become Non-Performing Loans (NPLs).
• Team Leadership: Direct a 15-person team of VIP relationship managers, credit analysts, and operations staff.
• Regulatory & Board Liaison: Defend credit memos before the central Risk Committee and collaborate with AML/Compliance on complex transaction structuring.
