🏢 **About Us:**
We are a highly successful, product-led B2B SaaS company providing a cloud-based Warehouse Management System (WMS). Having conquered the Polish and Czech markets, the Board has greenlit a strategic push into the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). We need a visionary CBDO who understands not just SaaS sales, but the intricacies of European enterprise procurement and channel partnerships.

📋 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Market Architecture: You are not just closing deals; you are building our DACH ecosystem. Develop a network of local System Integrators (SIs) and boutique consulting firms to resell and implement our software.
• Enterprise Sales Strategy: Navigate the 9-12 month German enterprise sales cycle, where decisions are made collegially based on flawless technical specs and robust case studies.
• Go-To-Market Execution: Define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for Germany, represent the company at LogiMAT and CeMAT, and hire our first regional AEs in Munich and Vienna.
• Product Localization: Work with Product and Legal to adapt the platform for strict GDPR compliance, native German language support, and deep SAP ERP integrations.

🎓 **Requirements:**
• 7+ years in B2B SaaS sales leadership, with direct experience opening or scaling the DACH market.
• Deep understanding of supply chain software, SAP ecosystems, and European data privacy laws.
• Fluent English is mandatory; native or fluent German is a massive competitive advantage.
• Comfortable with a fully remote, autonomous work environment while frequently traveling across Europe.

• Target Compensation: $180,000 USD base + uncapped commission and an early-stage equity/options package.
