📋 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Executive Leadership: Command the entire organizational structure, including the Chief Agronomist, Elevator Director, Fleet Engineer, CFO, and Land Relations Department.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure flawless execution of planting and harvesting campaigns. Maximize yield per acre through precision agriculture (GPS soil mapping, variable-rate fertilizer application).
• Financial & Risk Management: Full P&L accountability. Hedge commodity price risks, manage seasonal credit lines with agricultural banks, and optimize export logistics.
• Stakeholder Relations: Negotiate complex land lease agreements with local owners, resolve territorial disputes, and support rural community infrastructure.
• Digital Transformation: Implement end-to-end ERP systems tracking every input from the seed stage to the final export contract.

• 10+ years of executive leadership in large-scale commercial agriculture or agribusiness holdings.
• Deep technical knowledge of agronomy, combined with sharp financial acumen (commodity trading, hedging, CAPEX).
• Ability to seamlessly transition from riding in a modern combine harvester to negotiating grain export contracts with international traders.
• Impeccable reputation and strong network within the regional agricultural sector.
