A fast-growing product IT company specializing in business automation systems is looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our fully remote team. We are seeking a specialist with an analytical mindset who is eager to grow in business analysis, ready to work with large datasets, and help the team build innovative products.
== Core Responsibilities ==
* Gathering, initial analysis, and structuring of requirements from end-users and product stakeholders;
* Assisting the Lead Business Analyst in developing and detailing technical specifications for the development team;
* Participating in testing new system features to ensure they meet business requirements;
* Creating and maintaining project documentation in the Confluence knowledge base (process descriptions, user guides);
* Building basic reports and analyzing product efficiency metrics using Excel and basic SQL queries.
== What We Expect from You ==
* Bachelor's degree (preferably in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Applied Mathematics, or Economics);
* Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
* Confident proficiency in MS Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables) and an understanding of SQL basics;
* Fluent written and spoken English (B1+ level) for reading documentation and team communication;
* Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a high level of self-discipline in a remote work environment.
