Opis

A large trading and manufacturing enterprise is announcing a competition for the position of BI Project Manager to work in a fully remote format. We are actively developing a data-driven decision-making culture and implementing modern business analytics tools. We are looking for a leader who can effectively coordinate a team of report developers and analysts, building a reliable BI platform for the company.

[ Tasks & Responsibilities ]
♦ Coordination and management of analytical reporting implementation projects based on Power BI / Tableau platforms;
♦ Gathering and detailed analysis of requirements from internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, finance), developing technical specifications for data engineers;
♦ Controlling project deadlines and quality, managing risks, and testing developed reports and dashboards;
♦ Organizing and coordinating the work of a team of data engineers, data analysts, and QA testers;
♦ Conducting training sessions for system users, preparing project and technical documentation.

[ Professional Experience Requirements ]
♦ At least 2 years of experience managing IT or analytical projects in the Data / Business Intelligence sector;
♦ Understanding of Data Warehouse (DWH) architecture, basic knowledge of SQL, and principles of building analytical reports;
♦ Experience successfully using project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello);
♦ Confident spoken and written English (Upper-Intermediate / B2 level or higher);
♦ High communication skills, diplomacy, and the ability to find compromises between technical and business teams.
