Due to the expansion of our Business Analytics Department, our company invites a Lead BI & Reporting Automation Manager to collaborate in a fully remote format. We are looking for a proactive specialist who will take control of the development and implementation of new analytical tools, ensure the automation of the holding's internal reporting, and establish transparent processes for interacting with analytics stakeholders.
:: Key Job Responsibilities ::
▲ Managing the full development lifecycle of analytical reporting: from gathering business requirements to launching into production;
▲ Implementing new data visualization tools, controlling the construction of ETL processes, and integrating data sources;
▲ Organizing interaction with key business report stakeholders, determining task execution priorities (Backlog management);
▲ Developing project and technical documentation, user regulations, and maintaining the relevance of the knowledge base;
▲ Controlling the deadlines for task execution by the team of analysts and data warehouse developers.
:: Professional Skill Requirements ::
▲ At least 2 years of experience as a BI Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Lead Analyst;
▲ Understanding of Business Intelligence concepts, with experience working in Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense;
▲ Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and experience working in Jira/Confluence;
▲ Analytical mindset, ability to work with stakeholder requirements, and structure unsystematized requests.

▲ Gross annual salary of €80,000 EUR with bi-weekly payments;
