✔ Developed and built interactive dashboards from scratch in Power BI for various company departments;
✔ Wrote complex SQL queries to databases for collecting, cleaning, and aggregating necessary information;
✔ Analyzed user behavior on the website (Product Analytics), evaluated the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and marketing spend;
✔ Developed predictive sales models and calculated key business efficiency metrics (LTV, CAC, ROI, Retention);
✔ Conducted analytical research upon request from top management, preparing reports and actionable insights.
-- Technical Skills & Software Knowledge --
✔ Professional proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MS SQL, MySQL, ClickHouse);
✔ Experience developing reports in Power BI (DAX, Power Query) and building ETL processes;
