** Professional Functions & Work Experience **
★ Modeling and describing existing company business processes (As-Is) and designing optimized models (To-Be);
★ Gathering, analyzing, detailing, and formalizing business requirements from stakeholders, preparing detailed technical specifications for the IT department;
★ Conducting GAP analysis of processes, identifying problem areas, and developing proposals for workflow automation;
★ Evaluating the effectiveness of company business processes using key performance indicators (KPIs);
★ Writing process regulations, user manuals, and conducting training for staff.
** Key Professional Competencies **
★ Confident mastery of business process modeling notations (BPMN 2.0, UML, IDEF0);
★ Practical experience with process description tools (Bizagi, MS Visio, Draw.io);
★ Advanced user of task trackers and requirement management systems (Jira, Confluence);
★ High analytical abilities, information structuring skills, and presentation skills.
