We are a forward-thinking branding studio in Kreuzberg, Berlin, looking for a Senior Brand & Identity Designer to lead the visual direction of our international clients. If you obsess over kerning and believe a brand is only as strong as its guidelines, you belong here.
1. Developing comprehensive brandbooks, including logo variations, color palettes, and bespoke typography systems.
2. Designing premium product packaging and labels, ensuring all structural dielines and print specifications are flawless.
3. Creating high-quality mockups and presentation decks to pitch visual concepts to stakeholders and C-level executives.
4. Conducting author's supervision at printing houses to guarantee color accuracy (Pantone matching) and material quality.
Requirements:
1. At least 3 years of experience in a branding agency or in-house design team.
2. Mastery of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, with deep knowledge of pre-press workflows (CMYK, bleeds, overprints).
3. A robust portfolio demonstrating successful identity systems and packaging design.
4. Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
We provide a gross annual salary of €65,000 EUR. This is a fully remote position, and we cover your Adobe CC license, premium stock subscriptions, and home-office stipend.
