Description
Our fintech product team in downtown Toronto is scaling, and we need a Product UX/UI Designer to help us build intuitive, accessible, and beautiful financial tools. You will be the bridge between complex data and the end-user.
• Mapping out user flows and creating low-fidelity wireframes to validate concepts before high-fidelity design begins.
• Building and maintaining our internal design system in Figma, utilizing Auto Layout, Components, and Variants for maximum efficiency.
• Designing responsive web dashboards and native iOS/Android mobile interfaces, strictly adhering to Material Design and HIG guidelines.
• Conducting usability testing sessions and analyzing user behavior via Hotjar to iterate on existing features.
• Working shoulder-to-shoulder with frontend engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and smooth micro-interactions.
➤ You have 2+ years of experience designing complex SaaS or fintech products.
➤ You possess a deep understanding of responsive design and mobile-first methodologies.
➤ You can read basic HTML/CSS to communicate effectively with the dev team.
➤ You have a portfolio that highlights your problem-solving process, not just pretty screens.
We offer $85,000 CAD annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package. This is a full-time, on-site role in our modern Toronto office, equipped with MacBook Pros and flexible core hours.
