Our full-service design consultancy in Amsterdam is looking for a Creative Project Manager to orchestrate the chaos and keep our creative teams focused. You will be the vital link between our clients' ambitions and our designers' execution.
▶ Intake and Briefing: Leading discovery calls with clients, translating their vague ideas into structured, actionable design briefs.
▶ Resource Allocation: Managing the capacity of our in-house UI/UX designers, illustrators, and copywriters using Jira and Asana.
▶ Quality & Timeline Control: Monitoring sprint progress, unblocking bottlenecks, and ensuring deliverables meet our strict quality standards before client review.
▶ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinating with external print vendors and software development agencies to ensure seamless handoffs.
▶ Client Presentation: Pitching final design concepts, gathering feedback, and managing the revision cycles with diplomacy and grace.
We need someone with at least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or Account Manager in a creative agency. You must understand the nuances of the design process, possess exceptional communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
We offer a salary of €55,000 EUR per year, plus a performance bonus. This is a full-time remote position, but we host quarterly team retreats in the Dutch countryside.
