I am a graphic designer and vector illustrator with a deep passion for creating scalable, pixel-perfect assets for digital and print media. My journey started right after I graduated from the Glasgow School of Art with a BA in Communication Design in 2019. I spent the first couple of years at a boutique branding studio in Edinburgh, where I honed my skills in Adobe Illustrator, specifically focusing on custom character design and intricate pattern making.
By late 2021, I transitioned to an in-house role at a rapidly growing e-commerce platform in London. Here, my day-to-day involves designing everything from UI icon sets and vector illustrations for their mobile app to packaging mockups for their private-label cosmetics line. I am heavily involved in the pre-press process, ensuring every file sent to the manufacturing partners is perfectly set up in CMYK with correct bleeds and crop marks.
One of my proudest projects was completely overhauling the visual identity for a major holiday campaign, which included designing a 50-page product catalog and overseeing the print run at a local offset facility. I pride myself on my meticulous layer organization, my ability to take constructive feedback without ego, and my deep understanding of color theory.
