Hello! I am a highly motivated Junior Graphic Designer looking to bring my fresh perspective and strong foundational skills to a creative team in Berlin. I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communication from the Berlin University of the Arts in 2022. During my studies, I developed a strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop, and I am currently expanding my vector skills in Illustrator.
For the past year, I have been working as a design intern and junior assistant at a mid-sized retail marketing firm. My daily routine is fast-paced and highly practical: I process, retouch, and color-correct over 50 product images a day for their e-commerce catalog, ensuring strict adherence to the visual guidelines. I also design social media creatives, email newsletter banners, and occasionally help prepare simple print layouts like flyers and business cards for local events.
I am extremely comfortable with the routine aspects of design work, from clipping paths to setting up CMYK print files, and I never compromise on quality, even when dealing with repetitive tasks. I am eager to learn from experienced Art Directors, absorb feedback quickly, and grow into a mid-level designer. I have a portfolio of my academic and freelance projects ready for review, and I am more than happy to complete a test assignment to prove my capabilities.
