A luxury interior design studio in Miami, FL, is seeking a Decorative Plaster & Venetian Finish Artisan. We work exclusively with high-net-worth clients and top-tier designers, meaning the walls we touch are essentially canvases.
★ Applying multiple thin coats of Venetian plaster, burnishing to a marble-like finish.
★ Creating custom textured effects using metallic waxes, mica powders, and natural pigments.
★ Mixing and matching colors on-site to ensure perfect harmony with the room's lighting and furnishings.
★ Preparing substrates meticulously; any flaw in the base coat will ruin the final decorative layer.
★ Restoring or touching up delicate finishes in occupied luxury residences without causing disruption.
We need an artisan with at least 3 years of specialized experience in decorative finishes. A portfolio of your work is mandatory. You must have an eye for color, immense patience, and the ability to work cleanly in high-end environments. We offer $65,000 USD annually, plus project bonuses. This is a strictly on-site role in Miami and surrounding luxury estates.
