Core duties on the job:

- Connecting structural steel using high-strength bolts, impact wrenches, and drift pins.
- Performing structural welding (SMAW, FCAW) to secure connections and install miscellaneous metals.
- Installing metal decking, laying out roof joists, and erecting cold-formed steel framing.

- Provision of all necessary PPE, specialized tools, and fall protection equipment.
- A structured schedule (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM), with weekends off unless a critical pour or lift is scheduled.
- A strong safety culture where every worker has the authority to stop work if conditions are unsafe.
