Opis

Our precision manufacturing facility in Stuttgart is expanding, and we need a skilled CNC Maintenance Electrician to keep our production lines running at peak efficiency. We machine complex automotive components, meaning our multi-axis CNC machines cannot afford any unplanned downtime.

⚙️ Your core responsibilities will include troubleshooting and repairing the electrical and electronic systems of our Siemens and Fanuc CNC machining centers.
⚙️ You will diagnose faults in servo drives, frequency inverters, and encoder feedback loops, using oscilloscopes and multimeters to pinpoint the issue.
⚙️ Maintenance of the machine control cabinets, replacing contactors, relays, and power supplies, and ensuring all wiring meets strict VDE safety standards.
⚙️ Interfacing with PLC systems to read error logs, adjust parameters, and optimize machine cycle times in collaboration with the production engineers.
⚙️ Performing scheduled preventative maintenance on all electrical components, including motors, sensors, and limit switches.

To succeed in this role, you must hold a completed apprenticeship as an Industrial Electrician (Industrieelektriker) or a degree in Electrical Engineering. You need at least 3 years of hands-on experience specifically with CNC machinery. You must be able to read complex electrical schematics and understand the integration of hydraulic and pneumatic systems with electronic controls. A strong safety mindset and the ability to work independently during your shift are crucial.

We provide a competitive gross annual salary of €55,000, supplemented by shift allowances and an annual performance bonus. You will enjoy 30 days of paid vacation, a company pension scheme, and subsidized meals in our canteen. This is a shift-based role (early, late, and night shifts) requiring your physical presence at our plant in Stuttgart.
