I’ve spent the last decade keeping manufacturing lines running when the pressure is on. My background is heavily rooted in industrial maintenance, where I learned that a machine down means money lost, and my job is to fix it safely and fast.
Between 2014 and 2019, I was at a large automotive parts stamping plant in Ohio. I handled everything from replacing blown fuses on 600A busbars to reprogramming basic PLC inputs on older Allen-Bradley systems. I loved the diagnostic puzzle of it. Since 2019, I’ve been working at a food processing facility, dealing with washdown environments, 3-phase motors, and strict USDA sanitation protocols. I’m comfortable reading complex ladder logic, using a Fluke multimeter to trace phantom grounds, and rebuilding motor starters.
I hold a 4th Class Electrical ticket and a strong safety record. I’m looking for a stable, full-time maintenance role in the Calgary area where I can utilize my troubleshooting skills. I’m targeting $85,000 CAD and am fully available for shift work.
