When you’re working with 480V 3-phase power and massive industrial machinery, there is no room for error. I’ve dedicated my career to industrial electrical installation and maintenance, ensuring that heavy manufacturing plants stay powered safely and efficiently.
I began my apprenticeship in 2014 at a steel fabrication plant, where I learned the hard way about arc flash hazards and the importance of lockout/tagout. I spent five years there, installing heavy-duty bus ducts, wiring massive overhead cranes, and terminating large motor control centers. Since 2019, I’ve been working at an automotive assembly facility, focusing on robotics and automated conveyor systems. I’m highly skilled in reading complex single-line diagrams, pulling heavy cable in underground trenches, and using megohmmeters to test insulation integrity.
I hold a Journeyman Wireman license and an OSHA 30 card. I’m looking for a challenging industrial electrical role in the Chicago area. My salary expectation is $90,000 USD, and I am fully prepared for shift work and on-site physical labor.
