Plumbing is all about problem-solving and precision. I started my apprenticeship in 2016 with a busy residential service company in Texas, where I spent the first three years riding in a service van, fixing leaks, clearing drains, and replacing water heaters. That experience taught me how to diagnose issues quickly and communicate effectively with homeowners.
From 01.2020 to the present, I’ve transitioned into full bathroom remodels and new construction rough-ins for a custom home builder in Austin. I’m responsible for running copper, CPVC, and PEX water lines, as well as cast iron and PVC for DWV systems. I take pride in my rough-in work, ensuring every pipe is perfectly plumb, properly supported, and sloped correctly. I’m also highly skilled in installing high-end fixtures, tankless water heaters, and recirculating systems. I always leave the job site clean and ensure the system is thoroughly tested before handover.
I hold a Journeyman Plumber license and a clean driving record. I’m looking for a full-time position with a reputable plumbing or remodeling contractor in Austin, expecting around $60,000 USD. I bring my own tools, a strong work ethic, and a dedication to doing the job right the first time.
