Description

As a Residential Maintenance Plumber for a large property management group in the Greater Boston area, my day is never the same. I am the first responder for our multi-family residential buildings, ensuring that the plumbing and heating systems keep our tenants comfortable and safe.

+ Preventative Maintenance: I conduct daily rounds in the basements and mechanical rooms, checking boiler pressures, inspecting domestic water lines, and testing sump pumps.
+ Emergency Repairs: When a tenant calls about a leaky faucet, a clogged drain, or a running toilet, I am dispatched to their unit to diagnose and fix the issue promptly. I handle everything from replacing wax rings to swapping out faulty flush valves.
+ System Upgrades: During the autumn, I lead the seasonal boiler start-ups, flushing the lines, balancing the radiators, and replacing old cast-iron stacks with modern PVC and PEX systems.

I have over six years of experience in residential and commercial building maintenance. I hold a valid Journeyman Plumber license and am comfortable interacting politely with tenants. I offer a stable annual salary expectation of $65,000, plus overtime pay for emergency call-outs. I bring my own tools and a commitment to keeping our buildings running smoothly.
