🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full software development lifecycle from initiation to final release.
• Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Demos).
• Manage the project backlog, prioritizing tasks in collaboration with the Product Owner and Business Analysts.
• Monitor risks, budgets, and deadlines, coordinating effectively with development teams.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders, preparing detailed progress reports.
