🎨 Build Our Design System:
A rapidly growing IT product company is looking for a specialized Frontend React Developer to architect, scale, and maintain our internal Design System ecosystem in Berlin.
🛠️ Core Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain reusable, accessible (WAI-ARIA), and highly performant UI components in React.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to ensure visual consistency and enforce unified interface standards.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests for UI components using Jest and React Testing Library.
• Integrate components with Storybook, creating exhaustive technical documentation and developer guidelines.
• Manage versioning for the component library and participate in the package release process (npm/artifactory).
💡 What You Bring:
• 2+ years of React development experience with a strong focus on UI component architecture.
• Deep knowledge of modern CSS/HTML and experience with CSS-in-JS (Styled Components, Emotion) or Tailwind CSS / Radix UI.
• Strong command of TypeScript and testing tools (Jest, RTL, Chromatic).
• Experience documenting components in Storybook.
• Solid understanding of web accessibility standards and cross-browser layout principles.
