⚡ Engineer High-Throughput Reactive Systems:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with practical expertise in reactive programming to build high-load, asynchronous services in our Dublin office.
🔄 Core Responsibilities:
• Design and develop asynchronous, non-blocking microservices using Spring WebFlux and Project Reactor.
• Configure reactive database interactions using R2DBC and optimize queries.
• Integrate with message brokers (Apache Kafka / RabbitMQ) in a reactive mode.
• Write integration and unit tests for reactive streams using StepVerifier.
• Monitor service performance, eliminate bottlenecks, and profile asynchronous code.
🧠 Your Profile:
• Deep knowledge of Java (17+) and the Spring ecosystem (Framework, Boot, WebFlux).
• Understanding of reactive programming specifics, the Flux/Mono lifecycle, and error handling in reactive streams.
• Practical experience with R2DBC and relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL).
• Experience building distributed systems and knowledge of microservices architecture patterns.
• Knowledge of build and containerization tools (Maven/Gradle, Docker).
