I am an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Coach seeking a remote position to implement Agile practices, boost team efficiency, and optimize product delivery processes.

• Facilitating all key Scrum events (Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective).
• Working with dev teams to remove impediments and foster self-organization and cohesion.
• Educating teams and stakeholders on Agile, Scrum, and Kanban values.
• Partnering with Product Owners to manage backlogs and decompose requirements effectively.
• Tracking metrics to improve Velocity and sprint predictability.

• Frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, SAFe, Agile Coaching.
• Tracking: Jira, Confluence, Trello, Azure DevOps.
• Facilitation: Miro, Mural, Kahoot (interactive retros).
• Soft Skills: Active listening, conflict resolution, empathy, leadership coaching.
• Languages: English — Upper-Intermediate.
