🏢 **About Us:** A high-tech frozen food manufacturing plant in Omaha is hiring Packaging Operators for our frozen semi-finished products line (dumplings, pierogies, pancakes). Our facility features modern shock-freezing lines to preserve peak freshness.
❄️ **Core Responsibilities:**
1. Accurately weigh and pack frozen products into polyethylene bags using certified electronic scales.
2. Hermetically seal bags on semi-automatic welding equipment and verify seal integrity.
3. Carefully pack sealed bags into transport cardboard boxes according to shipping manifests.
4. Label boxes with barcodes, production dates, shift IDs, and expiration dates.
5. Conduct visual QC on semi-finished products before packing (rejecting stuck or deformed items).
6. Maintain exemplary cleanliness and sanitary order in the work zone per food safety standards.
📋 **Requirements:**
1. Valid food handler card or willingness to undergo a medical exam prior to starting.
2. High stamina, fast hand movements, attention to detail, and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
3. Willingness to work in a production environment with reduced ambient temperatures.
4. Strict discipline and adherence to food hygiene protocols.
