🏢 **About Us:** A large, modern dairy plant producing eco-friendly milk, kefir, yogurt, and high-quality sour cream under a well-known brand is hiring Packaging Line Operators. Our facility in Madison guarantees clean, safe, and highly automated working conditions.
📦 **Core Duties:**
• Neatly and swiftly pack finished milk, kefir, and yogurt pouches/cups into plastic shipping crates.
• Conduct rigorous visual checks on seal integrity and packaging hermeticity before the product moves to the warehouse.
• Verify the clarity and accuracy of date-coding (production date and expiration date) on all packages.
• Periodically check the weight of finished dairy packages using electronic checkweighers to ensure compliance with norms.
• Apply appropriate labels and barcodes to crates, preparing formed batches for warehouse transport.
• Maintain exemplary cleanliness and sanitary/hygienic order at your workstation throughout the entire shift.
📋 **Requirements:**
• Valid Food Handler Card / medical clearance (mandatory for working at a food production facility).
• Good motor coordination, fast reaction time, and ability to perform repetitive physical tasks on a conveyor line.
• High personal hygiene standards, neatness, attentiveness, and strong teamwork skills.
• Prior experience in food industry packaging is a plus, but we are ready to train candidates without experience.
