🚐 **Field Sales Representative (FMCG Route)**
🏢 **About Us:** A major food and household goods distributor in Atlanta, GA, is hiring a Field Sales Rep to manage retail routes and grow our presence in local stores.
🛒 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Execute daily routes (15–20 stops): convenience stores, gas stations, and independent grocers.
• Negotiate and collect orders: manage shelf stock, secure secondary displays, and ensure planogram compliance.
• Manage accounts receivable: collect payments, resolve invoice discrepancies, and enforce credit terms.
• Expand the route: identify and onboard new retail locations using our mobile SFA (Sales Force Automation) app.
🎓 **Requirements:**
• 1+ year of field sales, merchandising, or B2B route experience.
• Must own a reliable vehicle and hold a valid driver's license (fuel/mileage fully reimbursed).
• Strong negotiation skills and comfort handling cash/invoices on the road.

• Target Salary: $55,000 USD base + route performance bonuses.
