🏢 **About Us:** A premier travel agency in Orlando, FL, specializing in outbound leisure travel (Turkey, Egypt, UAE, Europe, Caribbean) and domestic getaways. We have a loyal returning client base and a steady influx of web/social media leads.
🌍 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Consult clients in-office and online (phone, WhatsApp, Instagram): assess dates, budgets, and vacation preferences.
• Build custom itineraries using GDS and tour operator booking systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Expedia Partner): compare hotels, flights, and meal plans.
• Book hotels, flights, and transfers independently or via tour operators.
• Sell travel insurance (medical, baggage, trip cancellation) and assist with visa documentation requirements.
• Provide pre-departure support: send reminders, answer transfer/check-in questions, and ensure a smooth client experience.
• Manage the CRM database and execute upsell/retention campaigns for past clients.
🎓 **Requirements:**
• 6+ months of travel industry experience, or a strong passion for travel with a willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of popular destinations: climates, resorts, and hotel tier ratings.
• Ability to quickly master booking systems and CRM software.
• Excellent communication skills and a polished, welcoming demeanor.

• Target Salary: $45,000 USD base + commission (Season OTE $65k+).
• Full-time, on-site role in Orlando, FL (Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM).
• Company-sponsored FAM trips (familiarization tours) 1–2 times a year.
