We carry premium apparel and footwear for running, trail, cycling, winter sports, and fitness, featuring brands like Nike, Adidas, Salomon, Columbia, and Under Armour.
👟 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Greet customers and assess their needs: sport type, skill level, training frequency, and budget.
• Expert footwear fitting: analyze gait, pronation, and explain the differences between road and trail running shoes.
• Technical apparel consultation: explain membrane fabrics, base layers, and fleece insulation.
• Assist with gear selection: backpacks, hydration packs, tents, helmets, and fitness accessories.
• Execute visual merchandising: maintain floor sets by category and brand, ensure accurate pricing.
• Process inventory: receive new shipments, verify against packing slips, and stock the floor.
• Operate the POS: process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
🎓 **Requirements:**
• Active lifestyle or strong interest in sports—customers notice and value genuine enthusiasm.
• 6+ months of retail sales experience (any segment).
• Physical stamina: you will be on your feet for most of the shift, especially during peak weekends.
