🏢 **About Us:** A premier transportation and logistics company in Charlotte, NC, with a dedicated fleet, is hiring a Sales Manager. We handle domestic freight and cross-border routes. Our primary cargo includes industrial goods, building materials, and refrigerated food products. Current team: 3 agents. We need a leader who can manage the team and personally close enterprise deals.

📈 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Set weekly and monthly quotas for the sales team: new client acquisition, revenue, and load volume.
• Personally negotiate large contracts with shippers and receivers: manufacturing plants, agribusinesses, and retail chains.
• Analyze freight market rates: monitor lane pricing, seasonal dynamics (harvest, holiday peaks), and adjust pricing strategies.
• Track departmental KPIs: lead conversion rate, revenue per load, and client retention rate.
• Coordinate with Dispatch and Logistics: ensure fleet availability for new contracts and monitor utilization.
• Report to the Commercial Director: weekly dashboard and monthly performance summaries.

🎓 **Requirements:**
• 2+ years of sales management experience in freight brokerage or transportation.
• Deep understanding of cross-border and domestic logistics: BOL, customs clearance, and DOT regulations.
• Ability to analyze spot market rates and adjust pricing dynamically.
• Highly data-driven: focused on plans, execution percentages, and client metrics.

• Target Salary: $95,000 USD base + department override (OTE $130k+).
