🏢 **About Us:** One of the largest automotive parts and tire retailers in Houston, TX, is hiring a Sales Specialist. We stock over 4,000 tire SKUs (Michelin, Continental, Bridgestone, Nokian) and 600+ wheel models (steel, alloy, forged), plus premium motor oils (Castrol, Shell, Motul) in bulk and packaged formats.
🔧 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Consult customers on tire selection: size, load/speed ratings, seasonality, and brand comparisons.
• Fit wheels using electronic catalogs: verify bolt patterns (PCD), center bore (DIA), and offset (ET) for specific vehicles.
• Select and dispense motor, transmission, and hydraulic fluids: verify OEM approvals (ACEA, API), viscosity, and bulk dispensing.
• Process POS transactions, issue receipts, and handle warranty documentation.
• Manage seasonal tire storage: inspect, tag, and rack customer tires.
• Monitor inventory levels and trigger purchase orders when stock hits critical minimums.
🎓 **Requirements:**
• Automotive knowledge or a strong willingness to learn (we provide catalogs and mentorship).
• Extreme attention to detail: one wrong digit in a tire size means a return.
• Physical stamina: tires are heavy, and you will be moving them.

• Target Salary: $42,000 USD base + revenue share (Peak season OTE $55k+).
• Full-time, on-site role in Houston, TX (5/2 or 6/1 schedule during peak seasons).
