• Lead a team of 8 Field Supervisors and Route Reps covering the greater Atlanta area and neighboring states.
• Decompose annual and monthly sales plans by client, channel, and SKU.
• Manage the team: hire, train, set KPIs, and conduct joint field visits (ride-alongs).
• Control accounts receivable: approve credit limits, handle overdue accounts, and minimize risk.
• Negotiate promotional activations and catalog placements with key retail chains; manage marketing budgets.
• Analyze the market: monitor competitor pricing, launch new brands, and manage seasonal product rollouts.
🎓 **Requirements:**
• 3+ years of team management experience in FMCG distribution.
• Ability to handle massive datasets in Excel, understand retro-bonus mechanics, and negotiate fiercely with category managers.
