🏢 **About Us:** A major Canadian appliance distributor is hiring a Field Sales Rep with a vehicle. We represent trusted brands in kitchen appliances, climate equipment, and small consumer electronics across retail chains and independent stores.
🚗 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Grow sales across the assigned territory in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
• Visit stores to verify product displays, ensure demo units are connected, and coach staff on explaining key features (e.g., why a specific blender beats a mixer).
• Execute merchandising: set up promo zones, deploy POS materials, and build demo displays.
• Run short in-store training sessions and distribute promotional collateral.
• Review sales performance by location and create action plans for underperforming stores.
• Manage receivables and negotiate payment terms with store managers.
🎓 **Requirements:**
• 1+ year of sales experience in appliances or electronics.
• Valid driver's license and a strong understanding of retail dynamics.
• Energetic, communicative, and highly persuasive.
