We move industrial equipment, food products, and consumer goods between North America and Europe. We need a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage the end-to-end supply chain.
📋 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Carrier Sourcing: Negotiate rates and secure capacity with our private fleet or trusted broker partners.
• Customs & Compliance: Coordinate with licensed customs brokers to prepare and clear documentation (USMCA/NAFTA certificates, commercial invoices, packing lists).
• Tracking & Visibility: Monitor freight movement via GPS and carrier portals, proactively resolving border delays or transit issues.
• Billing & AR: Generate client invoices, verify freight bills, and manage accounts receivable.
🎓 **Requirements:**
• 2+ years of experience in international freight forwarding or 3PL dispatch.
• Deep understanding of cross-border documentation, Incoterms, and customs clearance processes.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to multitask in a high-volume dispatch environment.
