🏢 **About Us:** A major e-commerce fulfillment and postal logistics partner in Dallas, TX, is hiring Cargo Van Route Drivers. We transport high volumes of parcels from central sorting facilities to local distribution hubs and post offices. You will drive a branded Mercedes Sprinter or Ford Transit, handling 100-200 packages per shift.
📋 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Hub-to-Hub Routing: Load cages and gaylords of parcels at the sorting center and execute a 10-15 stop route.
• Manual Unloading: Physically unload heavy sacks and boxes (up to 50 lbs) at each destination, often without a loading dock.
• Documentation: Scan packages, manage delivery manifests, and process Cash on Delivery (COD) payments.
• Pre-Trip Inspections: Conduct daily vehicle safety checks (fluids, tires, cargo door mechanisms).
🎓 **Requirements:**
• Valid Driver's License (Class C / Non-CDL) and clean driving record.
• Exceptional physical stamina for repetitive heavy lifting and manual unloading.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
• Strong time management to ensure all routes are completed on schedule.
