📋 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Call Taking & Routing: Receive inbound calls and app-based requests, triage priority, and dispatch the nearest available vehicle.
• Fleet Monitoring: Track vehicles via CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) and GPS, ensuring optimal sector coverage and ETA compliance.
• Incident Management: Handle passenger complaints, lost items, and conflicts with intoxicated individuals calmly and professionally.
• Driver Support: Communicate via radio/phone to resolve on-the-road emergencies (accidents, breakdowns, refusals to transport).
• Shift Logging: Maintain the shift log, document all incidents, and execute a seamless handover to the morning team.
