We demand high-end tenant service, meaning the lights must always work, and repairs must never disrupt business operations.
📋 **Core Responsibilities:**
• LED Maintenance: Diagnosing and replacing fixtures, drivers, and emergency ballasts.
• Panel Service: Tightening lugs, swapping breakers/GFCIs, and labeling circuits.
• Exterior Lighting: Maintaining canopy lights, signage, and parking lot poles.
• Tenant Improvements: Running new drops, moving receptacles, and hooking up tenant equipment.
🎓 **Requirements:**
• Electrical trade education and Journeyman license (up to 1000V).
• Experience with modern LED systems and commercial lighting controls.
• Impeccable cleanliness: Working over expensive marble floors or custom furniture without leaving a mark.
