A 4-person general contracting crew (mason, plasterer, electrician, plumber) providing full-service residential renovations in Columbus, OH, and surrounding areas. We handle everything from gutting secondary homes to finishing new construction.
Our process:
1) On-site consultation, measurements, and detailed estimate.
2) Demolition and site prep.
3) Rough-in work: framing, drywall, electrical, and plumbing.
4) Finish work: flooring, painting, trim, and fixture installation.
We use laser levels, premium materials, and provide photo updates at every stage. 2-year workmanship warranty on all rough-in and finish work. Project costs are fixed in the initial estimate, with any change orders requiring client approval.
