We start with an on-site visit to assess soil condition, site slope for water drainage, and desired laying pattern. Then we remove topsoil, prepare a base layer of sand and gravel compacted with a plate compactor, install curbs on concrete mix, and only then lay pavers with proper level and joint spacing.
We use a vibratory plate compactor for base compaction, laser levels for surface control, and rubber mallets for adjusting pavers without chipping. For joint filling, we use quartz sand or specialized jointing compound depending on the surface type—this prevents weed growth and washout during rain.
We perform work in warm weather and cover the area with plastic during rain if needed to avoid disturbing freshly compacted base. All work carries a 2-year warranty—if pavers settle or develop unevenness due to our base preparation error, we redo the section for free.
